For every job at your company, there is are different measurements that are used to track success. The role that you have in the company determines "what you keep track of ... " and what you prioritize.  Now with darwin.Cloud Spotlights, you can create dashboards (we call them Spotlights) that are specific to the needs of people in your organization.

Each user can have their darwin.Cloud login customized to show them just the information they need to succeed at their job. As a broker/owner or HR department manager, you could also use spotlights to show staff the metrics you are using to measure their job performance.
