Agent Billing

Setup recurring expenses for each agent, and darwin will invoice all of your agents within minutes. You can print invoices or deliver them automatically with our email module. You can also let agents login to view and pay their bills through the darwin.cloud module. Agents can pay by check, credit card, ACH withdrawal or commission deduction.

Escrow

Use darwin to print and reconcile checks. Record all your escrow deposits and checks within the property record to create accessible audit trails and reports. You can even have escrow checks recorded automatically using any of our integration partners.

1099

Track and print 1099 forms for everyone. You can customize how the 1099 values are calculated to match your company’s process. Print either 1099-Misc or 1099-NEC, or export the 1099 data for future uploads.
