darwin.Cloud makes it easy to spread expenses across all your offices.
Whether you have two offices or two hundred offices. You know that equitably and accurately spreading expenses correctly across all your offices is the only way to get an accurate picture of the true profitability of each location.
You need a Profit and Loss by Office report. Without this report, it's impossible to make decisions about the viability of any given location.
You also need to allocate expenses across offices to get an accurate number for “overhead per agent”.
In each of your offices, darwin.Cloud knows how much income you are making from each agent... but to determine if an agent is profitable for the firm, we need to also know how much each agent is costing us.
Without accurate expenses by Offices, there is no way to calculate overhead per agent. And without the overhead per agent cost - we can’t access how much money we are making or losing on each salesperson.
