When we think about how to help agents stay on track to reach their goals, different sales managers have different ideas about what KPI (Key Performance Indicators) are most effective. Some sales managers believe that tracking the number of sides closed or the volume closed by an agent is the best way to measure an agent's success. Other managers think that the prime motivator is money, so the goal we should focus on is agent earnings.
There is another approach that is more focused further "up the funnel". In this approach, a sales manager helps the agent focus on how many listings an agent takes or how many contracts they write.
The new darwin.Cloud lets you set goals for each of these approaches. And it's simple. The software only asks the agent for their annual goal, and then the application sets a month-by-month goal for the agent based on the seasonality of their market.
