When a Commission deposit comes in before you're ready to close a property, darwin.Cloud has new features that make it easy to record the deposit ... and simultaneously, make the deposit visible to everyone on staff ...
Behind the scenes, darwin has made the accounting record for this receipt. It is currently tracking the payment as a credit balance on the property. This credit on account, will be applied automatically, when the accounting department closes this transaction.
darwin.Cloud also has new features to all the admin to store a copy of the deposit slip within the property record too !
