NEW darwin.Cloud feature: Agent Goals calculator

darwin.Cloud has figured out how to figure out agent goals.

The new goals calculator for Agents just asks agents:  "What is your goal for this year ?"  

Using that information, darwin looks at the seasonality for the office where the agent works.  darwin knows which are the busiest months and which months are the slowest.  Based on that historical information, it automatically calculates the monthly goal an agent has to reach to have a successful year.
