Dean Cottrill

Dean leads T3 Sixty’s Brokerage and Team Consulting Division and is an Associate Partner of the firm. He conducts tailored consulting services for large brokerages and conducts annual business reviews and strategic intent exercises for brokerages and teams of varying sizes. In addition, he manages valuations, mergers and acquisitions, as well as T3 Fellows, an MBA-style program for brokerage and team leaders.  With over three decades of experience, Dean has played a pivotal role in driving brokerage leaders and firms toward greater success and profitability. His extensive leadership background includes senior-level positions at some of the largest and most respected real estate brokerage companies in the U.S. such as Long & Foster, Weichert Realtors, and NRT (now Anywhere Advisors.) Before joining T3 Sixty, Dean spent a decade at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, rising through the ranks to become Group President, for the East Coast where he managed 66 sales offices and led over 4,000 associates, achieving an annual sales volume exceeding $10 billion.
