When it is time to print 1099, you need the Tax ID entered into AccountTECH for your vendors – as well as their complete and correct address. In this webinar we are going to cover tools built into AccountTECH that make it simple to see where you might be missing data that you need for 1099.

Startup AccountTECH Accounting – Opening A/R & A/P

This class is one of a series of webinars that are going to cover all the fundamental things you need to know to start using Accounting in AccountTECH software as a new client OR if you are already an AccountTECH user and you want to switch from Quickbooks (or some other accounting program) and start doing all your Accounting in AccountTECH.

In this webinar, we are going to cover Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. We will be going over how to move your balances from your old accounting software into AccountTECH – and how to make sure that you are in “balance”.

For new users, you will have no prior records in AccountTECH, so we will be focused on opening entires – but most people have used AccountTECH for years (or even months) but without the Accounting functionality will still have alot of accounting information in AccountTECH that gets created automatically, but which you have previously paid attention to.

We will also cover how to go over that data and get it “cleaned up” so that you are ready to get going with AccountTECH accounting.

Startup AccountTECH Accounting: Clean up accounting entries

This webinar is going to cover how to cleanup your AccountTECH accounting records if you are just getting started with AccountTECH accounting

If you have been using AccountTECH for years or for weeks WITHOUT using AccountTECH accounting… In either case, AccountTECH software has been making “behind the scenes” entries that are needed for record-keeping. If you have been using Quickbooks (or some other accounting software) you have had no reason to pay attention to these entries in AccountTECH.

Now, as you get ready to start AccountTECH accounting, we need to have you “clean up” the accounting related records to get your balances to $0…. so you can have a clean start to your AccountTECH accounting

If you plan to have your CPA or Accountant make these prepare 1099 for you, please ask them to attend this webinar with you.

For Agent billing, we also need to make sure to cover how to classify recoverable expenses when paying the bills.

Finally, we are going to cover how to run the monthly billing cycle and then, we are going to review how to set email campaigns to deliver Agents statement to them on a regular schedule

If you plan to have your CPA or Accountant make these prepare 1099 for you, please ask them to attend this webinar with you.

TransactionPlan: Basic Navigation

This webinar is going to cover basic login & navigation to the new TransactionPlan website. This entirely new web application is included in the software subscription of all AccountTECH clients and will be replacing AT Perspective.

In this one hour webinar, we will review how to complete tasks that will be familiar to users of AT Perspective, but in this entirely new, html5 design. Attendees will see that the new design makes it much easier and faster to manage your transactions and find/retrieve reports online.

TransactionPlan: Documents & Timeline tasks

This webinar is going to review all the different ways you can work with Online Documents in TransactionPlan.

You can store a wide variety of Documents in TransactionPlan. Some of your Documents will be related to specific transactions. Some of your online documents will be related to Agents or Clients that have contracts you want to store. Also, you may have a library of Contract templates that you want to have available to Agents.

In this webinar we are going to cover where all these different types of documents are stored… and where and how you can access documents once they are online. We will go over loading documents by sending them into TransactionPlan as attachments to email – or thru uploading them within TransactionPlan.

Additionally, we are going to look at adding Timeline tasks to Transactions.
