SkySlope integration details

AccountTECH has the ability to PULL data from SkySlope. With this new integration we are able to get SkySlope data and synchronize that data with TransactionPlan and AT2000 data.

Data we pull

  • We pull the data from SkySlope once a day at nights
  • We pull just the data that was entered that day. Pulling edited data is not available thru the SkySlope data feed

Syncronization process

Once we have pulled all data from SkySlope, we store that data in our systems using the following rules:

  • If we do not find a match in our system based on MLS Number, we do not update any Property Transaction record in AccountTECH
  • If we DO find a match in our system by MLS Number, we update the Property Transaction record in our system with the data coming from dotLoop
  • The data that gets updated into our system will need to go through the PROPERTY DATA EDIT APPROVAL Protocol available in TransactionPlan and depending on the settings of each client. With that in mind, the SkySlope data might get auto-approved and get into TransactionPlan and AT2000 automatically or a client may require an OWNER user to approve the data before data synchronization is done
  • Sometimes parties to the transaction may not already exist in AccountTECH. Based on the spelling of the company name in dotloop, the company is added to AccountTECH and inserted into the Property Transaction record. This includes:
    • Title
    • Escrow
    • Mortgage
    • Home Warranty
    • Transaction Coordinator
    • Seller Attorney
    • Buyer Attorney
  • Note for attorneys: if both the Attorney firm name (company name) and attorney name are available, they are both added to AccountTECH (as part of the attorney / vendor record )

Notes:

Data only available on the Date entered – we do not get edits – first date only

Public_ID from SkySlope is the AccountTECH GUID of the Agent if the Agent GUID is sent to SkySlope from AccountTECH.

Property / Transaction data – for IH transactions there will be two (2) records in the SkySlope feed – one for each side of the transaction.  The Listing side of a Transaction comes from the SkySlope feed with ListingID <> 0.  The Selling side of a Transaction comes from the SkySlope feed with the TransactionID <> 0.

ListingID <> 0 – new Listing – add Seller to AT2000datafile & other Vendors IF there is a match based on MLS#.  When ListingID <> 0 then:

  • Title Company means List Side Title Co
  • Transaction Coordinator means List Side Transaction Coordinator
  • Attorney means Seller Attorney

TransactionID <> 0 – new Pending – add Buyer to to AT2000datafile & other Vendors IF there is a match based on MLS#.  When TransactionID <> 0 then:

  • Title Company means Sell Side Title Co
  • Transaction Coordinator means Sell Side Transaction Coordinator
  • Attorney means BuyerAttorney

Other Rules:

If we only one ID# per Transaction and NOT unique ID for each Buyer and Seller, then our code will only insert Buyer & Seller records 1 time (initial data load) and not update the records as they are updated in SkySlope

Add all Sellers and Buyers to TransactionPlan as Contacts
TransactionPlan Contact data (tblUser):

ListingID <> 0 – add Seller as a LEAD
TransactionID <> 0 – add Buyer as a LEAD
